What does the system include?

Primer

Chosen to promote adhesion on a range of surfaces with varying conditions where necessary.

Buildcoat

ElastasealTM Fibretex is an internally reinforced coating, containing inert chopped fibres. Used for added strength when stripe coating or in difficult to detail areas.

Embedment Coat

ElastasealTM embedment coat is developed to enable easy embedment of ElastamatTM glass fibre reinforcement mat.

Topcoat

ElastasealTM Top Coat is an extremely durable finishing coat, which has excellent weathering properties and UV stability.

Product Appearance

Smooth, plain colour, mid-sheen finish.

What does it do?

ElastasealTM Roof Waterproofing Systems have been developed to solve the problems associated with the long-term waterproofing of flat roofs, gutters and pitched roofs.

They provide flexible, durable, long-lasting protection for up to 25 years before first full maintenance, depending upon which system is specified.

The systems provide a cold liquid applied, breathable,
seamless finish, which moves with the roof and allows vapour
release from the existing substrate.

The ElastasealTM 25 system has been awarded a British Board of Agrément Certificate.

Where can it be used?
